Alec riding, with Jim in the chair gained a 7th place. A great effort for first timers. Alec died in 1978 and now it is noted that Jim too has died. Arthur Ross Pearson better known as Jim, died on 28th June at the age of 81. Condolences to his wife Colleen and Jim’s family. His funeral will be held this Friday at 11 am Carinya Gardens Cemetery. Jim was well known as Alec’s passenger, but he also rode on the side with others and competed at Mac Park in his own right as a Sidecar rider. The photos of Jim riding with Barry Williams as passenger, and as passenger for Barry were supplied by Barry.
